At Energy CX, Rachael built the technology team's agile delivery process, standardizing how the team commits, sizes, tracks and executes work. She supports the technology vision for more than 10 departments across a diverse ecosystem of CRM and integrated platforms. Rachael holds a bachelor's degree in IT Management from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and is a Certified SAFe 6 Practitioner.
