It is up to you how often you would like to see your contract performance. Some clients prefer quarterly, some prefer monthly. Regardless, you will always have transparency on your performance no matter the cadence you decide with your account manager.

How do I renew a contract?

Our Customer Success team tracks renewal rates daily and will reach out to you when it is an optimal time to renew. You can always check the Customer Portal for transparency on contract end dates, but gain peace of mind with a team dedicated to your specific contract renewal  needs.

When can you renew a contract?

You can lock in renewal rates at any time after your contract start date. Most brokers reach out just before your end date to secure a price, but Energy CX reaches out when the price is right.
