Jack Silberman is Head of Hospitality at Energy CX. He joined the company in 2022 to build and lead Energy CX’s hospitality division from the ground up, bringing more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Before Energy CX, Jack spent several years in Germany working at trivago before returning to Chicago as a Hotel Broker at CBRE, where he and his team sold more than $250 million of hotels around the country.

At Energy CX, Jack has grown the hospitality team and onboarded roughly half of the largest hotel groups in the country, helping hotel owners and operators optimize their energy procurement strategies. Jack holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Eckerd College in Florida, where he played college baseball.
