Career Highlights
Kimmie joined Energy CX in 2025 as an Account Manager on the Customer Success team, earning a promotion to Senior Account Manager before moving into Strategy & Operations in March 2026. In her first six months as Head of Strategy & Operations, she built the company's standardized system for scoping, approving, implementing, tracking, and reporting on projects. Her focus has since evolved into directly managing the team leads across Pricing, Data Entry, Customer Support, Recruiting and HR. Kimmie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Operations and Business Analytics from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business.
