Miles Rice is Co-CEO of Energy CX. He joined the company in 2019 as COO, following in his family’s entrepreneurial footsteps, and was named Co-CEO in 2024 after leading the company through a 566% surge in revenue. Prior toEnergy CX, Miles founded and led Kitchen Cycle, which built Chicago’s largest marketplace for unsold kitchen appliance inventory, partnering with top name-brand manufacturers. After his time at Kitchen Cycle, he learned to price risk under pressure trading equity derivatives, moving from intern to one of the youngest at the Chicago Board of Trade.
