Scott Hammes is Co-CEO of Energy CX. Before Energy CX, Scott worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Partners in New York, focusing on healthcare M&A.

Career Highlights
As CRO, Scott led the initiative to transform the Sales and Customer Success departments into a scalable operation, growing the team from three people to more than 20 in eighteen months. Since being named Co-CEO in 2024, he has helped build and oversee many of the departments that make up Energy CX today, playing a key role in the company's growth from eight to 150 employees in four years. As Co-CEO, he continues to drive that growth agenda, focused on scalability and operational success across the business. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
