Lauren Lintner is Head of Talent Acquisition at Energy CX. She joined in July 2023 as an Account Associate, became Recruiting Manager that November and was promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition in October 2025. Before Energy CX, Lauren was a Family Support Specialist at Paradigm in Omaha and a Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

At Energy CX, Lauren built the company’s recruiting process from the ground up. Before she stepped into the role, Energy CX hired through external recruiters and had no internal team. She created one and built it so culture is assessed as deliberately as skill. Her team now runs hiring in-house, including the campus recruiting program that sends Energy CX recruiters to career fairs each fall. Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
